The High-Impact Air Conditioning Technician Programme is a technical and vocational education and training (TVET) initiative organised by Think Big Training (TBT) in collaboration with the International Waqf Action Council (iWAQF). Fully funded through endowment contributions under Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya (MPAJ), this programme focuses on equipping participants with practical skills in air-conditioning installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. With an emphasis on hands-on training and industry-driven instruction, the programme aims to create fast-track employment opportunities, support sustainable income generation, and strengthen community-based economic development.
